How to set an email signature in Roundcube webmail

Its great to be able to add a signature to the bottom of an email. You can use it to describe your job role, or provide people with important contact details. Its also a good way of promoting your website or social profiles!

If you want to set a signature in Roundcube, its really straight forward.

  1. Login as normal.
  2. Click ‘Settings‘ in the top right (this may differ depending on what interface you are using)
  3. Click the ‘Identities‘ tab on the left
  4. ¬†Choose the email alias you want to set your signature for (it appears in a new column, you can’t miss it!)
  5. There is then a field to enter a signature.

Note that its worth clicking the ‘HTML signature’ option near the bottom as it gives you a lot more options.

Hope this helps!
